Passion fruits grow on vines and the skin of the fruit can range in color from light yellow or orange. The inside of the fruit is composed of juice and pulp-filled pockets that contain hundreds of small black seeds. Each seed is individually surrounded by deep-orange-like colored sacs that contain the juice. The juice is extracted from the pulp.
