These certifications assure customers that our ingredients have been produced, handled, and processed according to rigorous standards, demonstrating a commitment to hygiene and proper procedures. This protects customers from hazards and builds trust in the food supply chain.
CTPAT Statement
iTi Tropicals is dedicated to the security of our nation’s borders and supports a comprehensive supply chain security program. Since 2005 iTi Tropicals has been a member of Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), a voluntary United States Customs and Border Protection business initiative that strengthens international supply chains and border security by working with the trade community.

As a CTPAT partner, iTi Tropicals works with Customs Border Patrol to protect the supply chain, identify security gaps, and implement best practices. We encourage our business partners to participate in the CTPAT program. For business partners who are not CTPAT certified, iTi Tropicals requires minimum security criteria be achieved to demonstrate compliance.

Our manufacturing facilities are FDA registered and certified to Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards. The GFSI criteria provide the universal gold standard of recognition for food safety audits.
