Moraberry Juice Products
Moraberry, the "Mora variety" of blackberry is a red blackberry, which combines the richness of rhubarb
with the tartness of cranberry. Its natural kick gives it an appeal similar to a full-bodied red wine.
Moraberries are very high in Vitamin C and fiber. Moraberries are rich in potent
antioxidants such as anthocyanins and ellagic acid. Ellagic acid, a phenolic compound is shown
to have anti-carcinogenic, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. Cooking does not destroy ellagic
acid, so even blackberry jams and desserts retain ellagic acid health benefits. Blackberries are
low in calories, carbohydrates and have no fat, which makes them popular in low carbohydrate and
low calorie diets.
